GHS is an English medium co-education school. The school offers a ten year ICSE course followed by two year ISC course. These examinations are conducted by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi.
In the ISC course, Science, Commerce & Humanities are offered. Hindi is a compulsory subject till class X. Sanskrit is taught as a Third Language from std V to VIII.
Environmental Studies form an important part of the curriculum.
Well equipped science laboratories have been provided for the teaching of Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
Physical Education and participation in games and co-curricular activities are a compulsory part of every student’s education and parents are expected to extend all cooperation in this regard. The use of English in school is compulsory. Regular attendance, alertness in class, performance of regular classwork and revision enable progress.
