ONLINE ISSUE OF ADMISSION FORMS:
Nursery admission forms have to be procured online only from the school website. www.gulmohurschool.org

Cost of the Registration: Rs. 300/- ( Non – refundable )

• A passport-size photo of the candidate is required for online registration. (Less than 2MB)
• A B2-size photograph of the parents along with the candidate is to be attached to the printed registration form.
• The Registration form must be filled out online and a printout of the registration form to be submitted in the school office on the given date along with the photocopy of the Birth Certificate.
• An original Birth Certificate must be produced for verification and will be returned immediately.
• If the parents are alumni of the school, submit a photocopy of the Pass Certificate (ICSE / ISC).
• The Tata Motors, Tata Cummins, Tata Technologies and Tata Hitachi employees must submit a copy of the Identity Card / Gate Pass along with the registration form of their ward.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE:

According to the regulations laid down in the Right to Education Act 2009, kindly note the following:

1. There will be no interactive / assessment or interaction with either the parent or the candidate.
2. Admission will be applicable only on the basis of Lottery.

AGE:

• Candidates for Nursery must be born between 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021
• The Date of Registration of Birth must be within the First Year of the Candidates’ Birth.
• The Birth Certificate issued only by the Government Certified Authorities will be accepted.
• The Birth Certificate in English or Hindi only, will be accepted.
• In case the Birth Certificate of a candidate has been issued by the Gram Panchayat, it will be accepted only if it is duly signed and stamped in Form No. 5 by the Panchayat Sewak of the Concerned Panchayat only.
• Affidavits or Horoscopes will not be accepted.

PLEASE REGISTER ONLY IF YOUR CANDIDATE’S DATE OF BIRTH IS BETWEEN 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021, OTHERWISE, YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE REJECTED.
